I. Working theory
Rotary drum flaker refers to a process of cooling and crystallizing. The melting charge touches the cooled rotary drum and forms films on the surface. The films cool down and crystallize by exchanging heat with the surface and the n are scraped off by scrapers.
Rotary drum dries materials attached to external surface of the drum by spinning and heat exchanging, creating a continuous operating process
