This device is used in Chinese medicine, western medicine, brewery, starch, oral liquids, chemo-industry, food, MSG, and mild power producing industries, etc. Users can choose condensers among the parameters according to condensing capacity.
   1. This condenser employs double-effect simultaneous vaporizing which full utilizes second-time steam to save investment costs and energy. It’s energy consumption rate is 50% lower compared to single-effect condensers.
   2. This device utilizes external heating natural circulation and vacuum negative pressure, which means faster vaporizing process and bigger rate of condensing. The liquid materials in the tank are condensed without any foam or bubble involved. The condensed liquids by this device are free of contamination and bad smell and the device itself is characterized by easy cleaning method (which can be done directly after the cover is opened).
   3. The device and the part that contacts liquids are all made of OCr19Ni9 stainless steel, in accordance with GMP standards. The warm-keeping layer of the heater, evaporator and external heating part are made of textured stainless steel plates, making the equipment more elegant in the lathes.
